This regimen teaches our players life skills that advance intellectual, social, emotional and moral education. We foster a positive learning environment designed to steward our young players through the transition to adulthood.
The Higher Ground Warriors basketball program runs from November through August and consists of participation in various Philadelphia City Leagues (such as Northwest Recreation Department and Positive Image), 2 to 3 practices a week, 10 AAU Tournaments and the National AAU Tournament in Orlando, FL.
Our current goal is to acheive a National Ranking by competing in the AAU Nationals in Orlando, FL. All our players believe in hard work and respect for parents, coaches and teachers; they strive to excel and be the best they can on the court and in the classroom.
